North America has been pushed 10 degrees south and 55 degrees east.
(I have done the same to these parts of Russia which are so far west that I couldn't just push them any further west: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chukchi_Peninsula https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wrangel_Island )
Europe, Asia, and most of Oceania have been pushed 30 degrees south and 100 degrees west.
South America has been pushed 10 degrees south and 20 degrees east.
Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and some Atlantic islands have been pushed 10 degrees south and 10 degrees west.
Antarctica and nearby islands have been pushed 30 degrees north and 5 degrees west.

Well, I moved the longitude too aside from latitude in order to prevent the crashing of continents.

What about if the entire world were moved 30 degrees south and 35 degrees west, with the exception of Antarctica and nearby islands which would be moved 25 degrees north and 10 degrees east, and North America and Australia which would be moved 10 degrees south and 10 degrees east? (Also, anywhere in the world which is more than 143rd meridian west will be moved 5 degrees east, unless part of North America or Antarctica.)

Is this kinda what you are asking?

I changed my mind: North America's longitude will stay the same and it will be moved 15 degrees south instead. Sorry, I am so fickle-minded.

Two more changes, 65 degrees west instead of 35 degrees west, and the "5 degrees east'' system no longer applies.
