Well, I didn't mention Americans themselves, just the country, its government and its foreign policy.
Actually, it appears that US favourability in the UK fell to its lowest in 2007, and increased substantially when Obama became president. He really has done a remarkable job of improving the image of the US abroad - to the point where even France now has more positive view of the US than the UK does. Bush was a diplomatic nightmare.

the last muslim terror attack in france was horrific. i estimate there are around 10-20 knight templars out there (1/1000000 white men), seeking for retaliation just i france, and at least 80-100 jihadists planning the next attack. i mean, they arrested a knights templar just before euro 2016. civil war is not far fetched. after 3 major terror attatcks, it doesn't take much to kick start the religious war.

Like, I stopped the video @ 1:23:32, and it clearly looks like one. But I don't see why they would have that there, lol, so it's probably just me who sees it.
