I think 0.03 % is the level I'd choose as ideal. To lose the license for 0.02 % is quite ridiculous. But higher than 0.03 % is quite bad to drive with. Then again if someone on 0.02 % causes an accident I think the fine should be higher than if he/she was sober.
Your license is retracted at about 0.032% in Sweden. 0.02% only gives a fine.
Everyone drink drives in Malta because they can get away with it as with like all laws they are not enforced. The only people that are ever caught drink driving by the lazy, inept & corrupt police are foreigners lol, if they happen to stop a Maltese person that is over the limit they bribe them with 20 Euro or point out that their cousins wife is friends with the chief of polices daughter (or whatever other link they have to someone in authority, as everyone either knows everyone else or is related to them in Malta)
When people act like it's so easy to break up, but Idk, breaking up with someone you've been together with for more than a year, that's tough. It really does feel like giving a piece of your life away, a piece that you've been working on forever

Eh, I don't think anyone thinks it's "easy" per say. Breaking up is hard for both the person performing the action and the recipient (unless the person has no feelings at all, or is just a ***** or a cold hearted person) but breaking up most of the time is for the best. And who knows? Sometimes it's the best thing for the relationship, maybe after some time apart you realize how much you truly care for one another.

What was it like? Was it really similar to Middle Eastern food?

Pretty similar to Turkish or Lebanese, but sometimes they use a sort of bread called "lavash" which is really good since its much thinner than pita and allows you to feel the flavors of the food more. They also put garlic yogurt inside the lavash which is really tasty
Ive never really cared about anyone before like now, so breaking up is certainly much different than it was now, before I broke up with a girl just because I felt forced into the relatioship, and once we broke up I felt like a huge weight dropped off my chest. This is a bit different
