Rate the beach conditions above you and then post the conditions for any beach around the world.

Conditions for Laguna Beach, California today:
(SST warmer than normal but air temps cooler than normal which is an odd combination in summer).

A little hard without knowing the actual wind speeds and air temperature, but feeling like 22C is too cool for me with water that is 74F. That is way above avg water temp for San Diego area which is normally around 68F. A super warm PDO is the reason. I'd give it a C+.

That water temp is apparently above avg as well for July. I would need to know the air temp.

Indeed it is above normal... the air temp is a bit cooler with only 18C as a high but by Monday will go up to 22C according to BOM. Pretty decent for the latitude in the dead of winter I'd say.

Seems everywhere in the world has been getting above avg winters except the eastern 2/3 of North America. And now with no strong nina conditions forecasted for next year cold again here and warm everywhere else.

Nice, very nice and comfy! Warm enough to spawn hurricanes.

^^

Not quite, though it's just now meeting my minimum criteria for going in for a swim.

Mid lake buoy 40-50 miles out os only 66F/19C. But that's also the deepes part of the lake more than 900 ft
