Jesus Christ the forecasts for Wed-Thu just keep creeping up and up. They started off at like 10c, now they're up to 16/17c, respectively. The 15 day forecast looks well above average, the coldest day is gonna be tomorrow at 4/-4, which is still above average. I swear you will never see anything like this ever again! So enjoy it, drink it in

Forecasts showing 60 for both Wednesday and Thursday. Both days are supposed to be sunny, so I'm expecting overshoots. And it's still several days out-forecasts always rise for warm days as they get closer (i.e. yesterday's high was predicted to be 48 from 5 days out, 52 from 2 days out, 55 the day before, 57 the day of and ended up at 63). So I wouldn't be surprised if it got to 65 on 1 or both of those days.

Today may have been one of the biggest forecasts overshoots I've experienced. High was 58, 12 above the forecast high of 46.

A minor cool down for next weekend then back up to 50s.

I think as recently as Friday they were predicting a high of 9c here today. Instead, we got all the way up to like 60f I believe. It was crazy, the way they understestimated this sun

I wouldn't be surprised if you guys over there maybe even reach 70f. Rochester seems to be the place that always gets the most intense heat waves in the spring for whatever reason. Here I think we will reach 65f easily, now they are predicting 62f 4 days out, so maybe even higher!

Mild through Friday until this system brings backwash cold and possibly snow by Saturday.

Getting 20+ above normal is at the extreme end for us (near coast especially). The 63° at Bridgeport was 23 above normal which was a record.

But if you go to the Plains states or I think interior more, 30+ above normal is getting into the extremes.

In other words... It's impressive for us to go 20+ above normal and when it does it's near record warm.

Max temps yesterday on left, departures on right

Albany Max yesterday was 52 which is 16 above normal but the record max is 66 which is 30 above normal.

Hartford max yesterday was 58 which is 18 above normal but the record max is 67 which is 27 above normal

Max temps yesterday

This morning departures. Wow its warm in the plains and mid west. 50s and 60s at 7am!
