Things are developing quickly in the Coral Sea. The BOM is still calling the storm a tropical low but JTWC Hawaii has already called cyclone status. Whichever--the BOM will almost certainly declare Cyclone Debbie today (Saturday)--faster than originally thought.

Conditions are favourable for rapid intensification: she could become a category 4 cyclone within 72 hours. Early indications point to possible landfall between Townsville and Bowen.

Buenos Aires is too hot and humid in the summer to be like Sydney. Its winters are also much cooler.

Should've had Pelotas Brazil instead.

If that forecast proves accurate my mum's hometown of Ayr is likely to get flattened.
