The difference isn't very much so I'm sure Manta is cloudier than Lima in certain years.
Looks quasi semi-arid though.
I guess the temps propel it to desert, but it feels strange to call a climate with more than 90 mm in a month a desert climate even if it technically meets the definition
Goddamn Lima is depressing. Overly cloudy AND a severe lack of precipitation? What a pointless climate.
And more humid than Miami, assuming that average humidity is calculated in the same way
