I vote for Samokov.

Peoria - too cold winters and too hot summers, precipitation is good.

Pyatigorsk - too cold winters, summers are little warmer than I like, and Pyatogorsk is too dry.

Samokov - winters are cold but not too cold, summers are perfect, I would like to Samokov have a bit more precipitation, but almost perfect climate for me.

Soria - Too dry, winters are too mild, but summers are not bad.

Soria because it has the warmest winters

In case you are interested, there is a colder winter climate than Peoria at the same latitude Galesburg, Illinois

Soria because has the best winters, doesn't have very rainy summers, is not extreme in temps and has the best summer.

Peoria can be muggy during the summer with those lows, the other ones haven't got a real summer feeling.

Peoria for having the best combination of cold winters and warm, humid summers.

I don't have the energy to take the effort to scroll through all options of these random places, but using Baba and Junter as sources for my opinion is a prime service so Soria it is

Nope, your dream climate is Vestmannaeyjar right? That's an F climate

I do tend to happen to vote the same as Baba because our preferences are extremely similar and Junter has a pretty good taste as well!

1.Samokov
2.Pyatigorsk
3.Soria
4.Peoria

All 4 climates are good actually, but summers in Peoria are really too hot for me.
