Where would you rather be? Texas and Louisiana with a Tropical Storm heading there or California and Arizona with temps in the 100s?

Producing wind gusts to 50mph near the coast right now. Rain bands off the gulf whipping in. It should be stronger than a Cat 1. Temps in the 70s

Video from Louisiana coast this afternoon. Thats a Tropical storm. Well with more rain than shown and little stronger gusts. Hurricanes much more dangerous.
