lol yeah it has a chalky taste - besides you end up using 2x the amount so cancelling out any slimming benefits .

I only have skimmed milk, even semi skimmed seems too creamy & fatty to me...

I have heard that a few times gallah - interesting as at the local store i noticed there are 4 to 1 green v blue cartons ,so R87 and me must be in the minority these days

I initially started using skimmed milk years ago when I was on a health kick, at first it tasted very watery & I didn't like it, but I soon got used to it. Now even having semi skimmed milk in my tea or coffee just doesn't taste right to me & is too creamy...

Actually for regular coffee, McDonald's is among the best. Better than Dunkin or Starbucks. Regular Starbucks coffee is gross.

Well it's one of the top rated shows in the UK... I have some Australian TV channels as part of my IPTV package & on the 'sister' digital channels of the main networks literally every other show is a UK one
