As the title say, which is the coldest average low and monthly average for a place with an average high above freezing? The best I could find was Alamosa, CO:

I knew about Uyuni, Bolivia. I don't know whether to trust the box.

Yeah I also knew Uyuni, but like you I don't actually trust much the climate box, I don't really know.

I also found Marybell, CO:

I think that Colorado and maybe Utah are the best places to find such a bizarre climate.
