Žabljak has the best climate with cool summers, cold winters and year-round precipitation.

Its high altitude means snow cover and potentially some good skiing

Could you Imgur them so at least they're scrollable? It's too boring clicking on five links of virtually identical Balkan climates to decide which one is marginally better than the other...

These climates are very different and Montenegro is in terms of climate the most diverse country in Europe for size of country.

1. Bijelo Polje
2. Žabljak
3. Nikšić
4. Herceg Novi
5. Podgorica

Bijelo Polje has perfect summers and it's less wet than others. If the winters would be colder for 1c on average it would close to my perfect climate.

Žabljak has snowy winters which is good because I like snow. Summers in Žabljak are weak and that is the bigest foul of this climate.

Nikšić has too wet winters and milder than I like. Summers are good.

Herceg Novi has too mild and too wet winters and too hot summers.

Podgorica also has too mild and wet winters and too hot summers. Podgorica is the warmest city in the Balkans in the summer and one of the warmest in Europe.

Montenegro is pretty wet in generally. The driest city in Montenegro is Pljevlja and has around 800 mm annual precipitation on average, and the wettest place is Zubački kabao with around 6250 mm annual precipitatiom on average https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orjen#Climate

I'm going to go with Herceg Novi. I really love the cool, very wet winters. Summer is nice to if a bit on the hot side. Podgorica is pretty good to. Also Niksic which if it weren't for the more chilly winters, would be my number one pick.

Bijelo Polje - U - Unclassified

2. Niksic - E
3. Herceg Novi - E
4. Podgorica - E

All have too dull winters. All but Zabljak have too hot summers.

Bijelo Polje is the best for not being too wet and for having good winters. If it were only a bit warmer in the summer I'd rate it an A.
