Ok, so long story short, I have read some recent news articles that seem to suggest or even contradict the specter of global climate change so in retrospect, I have a few questions about this matter and would like to know what fellow cd members on the weather forum believe about this subject, so, my questions are the following:

1.Which phase of a global climactic epoch would be largely more beneficial to the human race as a whole, a warmer global climate or a colder global climate?

2.Given the prospects that the earth could possibly be heading into a period of sustained cooling, possibly severe cooling, what implications and impacts on the environment and for humanity could such a radical shift in climate cause?

3.Which pros and cons could occur with a warmer or a colder global climate?

4.With all of the global volcanic activity lately and the fact that the latest solar cycle is the weakest in a long time, what impacts on global climate and on the human race could the combined effects be, specifically, how might the anticipated and abrupt climate change affect ecosystems and humanity in the Northern Hemisphere?

A warming global climate would be more beneficial, as extreme heat is not as lethal as extreme cold. Also, most vegetation and animals favour a warmer climate.
