It's been a chilly month in Vancouver but not much snow to show for it. Normally we average a lot more snow than Victoria or Seattle but they're owning us for snowfall this month.

Victoria has almost 70cm, Seattle has over 50cm. Vancouver? Just about 30cm.

Looks like multiple snowstorms will hit Oregon this week. Portland looks to get 30-40cm in a few days...even they could surpass Vancouver soon.

Meanwhile, it looks dry for Vancouver for the next 10 days.

Vancouver has cold winters anyway so if it was chilly that would be above average.

Well I've been recording detailed weather data for 93 years, and in all this time I have never known such a ridiculous change in climate. Fat slug sceuro high and massive reverse west windflow, and it's getting worse every year. Look at all these ridiculous teen temps. Back in my day Febry rarely used to reach 9-10 degrees. Barely even rained all this month too, lou.

Current Map. Those Icons with a star on it = blizzard conditions there past hour or so.. Those under the purple are getting hammered with snow.

I think Kansas has more snow than Boston as well. Have to check.

Tornado watch just issued. I'm on the southern end of it. Just had some brief heavy rain.

Shows high likelihood of even EF2+ tornadoes. Close to the criteria for a PDS, but I guess just below. Highest threat looks to be around north MS.

Dews. Crazy you're in the 70s already. No thanks to that. Yikes.

Last 4 hours

I'd rather be in Southern Nebraska right now rather than here cloudy and 40s.

The Scene in Southern Nebraska! 7 inches on ground.
