Boise has the best temperatures of the group, but it's aridity makes it a bad climate overall. Hanover's biggest weakness is a subpar summer; it is also slightly too warm in winter and too dry. Krizevci's temperatures are nearly as good as Boise's, and it has plenty of precipitation, giving it a high-end C score.
Boise is too dry, and summer highs are too hot. Krizevci has better transitions and more precip, so I would choose it over Hannover, but summers are near the upper end of my preferences, and I would prefer somewhat milder winters (but still the chance for snow).
Krizevci is an A-, Hannover is also A-/B+, Boise is more of a B or even B- due to the aridity.
