Climate battle: Nashville 1941-1970 vs Philadelphia 1991-current (warm, averages, city)

Which climate would you rather choose:
Nashville between 1941-1970 or Philadelphia between 1991 to present.
Let’s assume we are using NOAA for this comparison. I’ve also given an option if you feel 30 year averages are insufficient. I’ll post a exact link if I’m able to find these averages, but until then let’s use the below estimates:
