B. Near ideal temperatures year round and nice snow just a little lacking in sunshine in the winter although it gains points for using the European system of sunshine recording. I've been to Subotica and visited relatives many times in Dél-Alföld which it has a very similar climate to.

Climate of Subotica look like this (very similar as Sombor) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palić#Climate

Palić is 12 km away from Subotica.

I voted the wrong one. It's an A climate with the four distinct seasons, low sun hours and snowfall.
