Can't give it more than C+ ...because of the too cool average summer lows...and it's also too rainy.
It is at the same latitude as Montreal (45.5N) and has about the same mean annual temp as
Montreal (6.5C)....but has a milder winter and a cooler summer...I think I prefer Montreal's climate, I prefer a warmer summer.
It is considered to be a "high" elevation town at about 2,500 ft above sea level,
in the western U.S. it would be considered to be low elevation...it is about at the
same elevation as Tucson, Arizona....even Las Vegas, NV at about 2,000 ft, is not much lower.
