A combination of saturated ground, melting snow, and heavy rain will create conditions conducive to flooding through tomorrow. Rain will continue to fall into tomorrow before changing to snow. With the saturated ground, gusty winds could help topple some trees.
A few inches of snow will fall Saturday PM into early Sunday. A major winter storm is expected next week. Fortunately there'll be about a week of tranquil weather following the snow storm.
