My ideal range is 50 degrees F to 58 degrees F (10 to 14 degrees C). With a ceiling fan, I can handle temperatures as high as 16 degrees C (61 degrees F). Anything higher is oppressively hot. The low end of the range would probably be 40 degrees F. I remember one time I left my bedroom window open in winter and the room temperature dropped to 40 degrees F. I was pretty uncomfortable despite having two blankets on.

No idea, I've never slept without AC.

Without AC, maybe 64F / 18C.

Without AC, using open windows to cool off my room, it needs to be below 55F (13C)... preferably with a breeze. Ideally, under 50F/10C is preferable. And upper 50s, like 59F/15C, is too warm. This is if it was sunny during the day... if its spring or fall and was overcast/rainy all day and my room was cool enough to begin with, I can tolerate higher nighttime lows.

Never have to worry about such things here. The warmest overnight lows of the year are 14-15°C (57-59°F). Too warm for me would be at least 19-20°C (66-68°F).

It depends on how warm the day preceding the night was. If the day was above 30c, then the low must be below 16c for me to comfortably sleep, and if the day was below 30c, then the low can be up to 20c.

Lows above 20c are never comfortable to sleep in (for me).
