Kars, Eastern Anatolia, Turkey Knew it was high-elevation northern Middle East, but would not have been able to pinpoint the exact city w/o a verbatim search.
This one has quite a bit of snow for its latitude and elevation (station location isn't even 300 m ASL).
It looks like somewhere in Ohio, but temperatures are displayed in Celsius, so that's not. It looks like somewhere in Iwate prefecture, right?
