I also voted for earthquakes since there is virtually no warning.

Actually I suppose a megatsunami would be worse, but they're not terribly common!

Tornadoes have the highest winds.
Hurricanes last much longer and bring storm surge.
Blizzards cause large power outages and make travel impossible.
Earthquakes can shatter buildings.
you left out some major disaster scenarios

droughts

tsunamis

volcanos

all of them can kill.

to me the worst would be an eruption of yellow stone super volcano.

or the canarie islands la palma island land slide scenario, or hawaiis great rift collapsing into the see causing massive tsunami, that could hit thousands of miles of coastline..

the biggest tsunamis are caused by land slides.. or meteor impacts..

I say floods since they can occur almost anywhere and often come with little or no warning.

Earthquakes. No prediction, super destructive, especially if they occur in the ocean (e.g. the Indian Ocean Earthquake in 2004).

Floods do more damage worldwide then all other natural disasters combined so I voted for floods. I think I read this on the FEMA website.
