Have to goto queens this week and I am not in the least bit interested in any of their courses. Think I will just goto the finance seminars and look at the library and stuff.

I eat quite a lot of food too, especially meat. Add to that protein shakes and you get a very traumatic experience when you go to the toilet again.

Sounds like you need more fiber in your diet. Fiber makes intestinal peristalsis much easier

Yeah my brother mentioned the fibre. I've never had this problem before, but I'll definitely try eating more fibre.

Prunes also help with the constipation, if you wanted another natural remedy. There's also plenty of OTC meds available just short of going to A&E. I don't remember what you have in stock at Boots, but I know you'd definitely find something there

Are you like a gym-freak type person?
Anyway if you want to go to the toilet (I'm guessing you do) eat Bran flakes in the morning and its yummy!
