They have appartments in Buxton? Is it not a wee village.

But oh my gosh my mum would have none of that she'd be up having a word with them.

No, the population of Buxton is 20,836. It also attracts a lot of tourists, being in the Peak District, and having a lot of high grade architecture.

Wondering why classes aren't canceled yet tomorrow. I know they probably will cancel, but why haven't they announced it yet? Do they really think the forecast is going to change at this point.

LOL, the same thing happened to me. RU announced a delayed opening at noon, though they know that classes will have to be canceled all day long thanks to this storm.

I don't know. Delaying until noon might work if there's a changeover to rain. That's what I'm worried about. I want to have the whole day off because then my exam scheduled for tomorrow night would be Tuesday night.

This storm better not be such a miserable disappointment but I've got a feeling it will be.

My neighborhood is off a divided highway and has a deceleration lane. Some brainless **** left a car sitting there in the turning lane in pitch darkness with no lights on and I had to swerve back onto the road to avoid rear ending it at 50mph. Hope the piece of **** gets totaled would serve the bastard right for ****ing up my brake pads.

My usual drive in Jersey. Obnoxious Noo Yawkes hogging the left lane talking smack on their phone and god damn slow semis from the deep south freaking out at the first flake of snow.

Once in a while, you could try fact-checking before posting.
