I am having a small wedding next October with about 110 people. My shower will be in May and my aunts throwing it need the list now. My list is at 25 people. There are 5 people I am unsure if I should invite or not. My mom says to just invite them since it's a small shower but I am unsure as we are not super close. 2 of the potentials were my best friends in college, which I graduated 7 years ago. We have somewhat kept in touch but not really. I saw the one this summer and it was like we hadn't left school. Was very nice. Do I invite them or is it weird since we don't keep in touch as often? The other 3 potentials are my coworkers. I was planning on inviting my one close friend at work but then there are 3 other girls I work with everyday and am friendly with but not close friends. I am definitely inviting them to the wedding but wasn't sure if i should also extend the shower invite? Any thoughts are appreciated! Thanks!
The less people, the better, IMHO. What's the point of a Wedding shower? So more people can give you more gifts?
