There is bowling going to the community pool...beaches....aqaurium..Zoo..Shopping...my kids either swim, go to their friends houses or bowling...

If you prefer to! It's your choice! Many kids do alot of other things than the beach. I know last year when I was living in Boynton, I attended Boynton High, and every weekend kids did several things over the weekends. They went shopping, movies, hung out at the mall, went to concerts, went to clubs, had house parties, went bowling, went to the beach, traveled REGULARLY to West Palm or Fort Lauderdale or Miami, they went to car shows, spring bling (lol), and other stuff I forgot. But I know there's alot to do! When school is in session, most of us on the weekend just hung out at the mall and went to the movies! It was a great way to spend the weekend. When school is out and we're on vacation, everybody goes home to different cities to their families.

Malls, beaches, the pool, outdoor sports, video games, etc. It's very hot in summer so most people just stay inside with the a/c cranked up. A swimming pool or going to the beach is a good way to cool off for kids.
