I'm visiting here and went to Mizner Park tonight and as I am driving back to Delray, I see something flying on the windshield. Well, I got a parking ticket for $35~! Is it possible for me to get out of this mess~? Honestly, I never saw a parking meter. Back home our meter is in front of your parking spot and very visible as you exit your car.

Unfortunately I do not think so, those are hard to fight although they are also easy to overlook so it might be worth a shot....the meters are installed in front of some of the restaurants and you pay there and get a ticket to put on your car....Sorry you got a parking ticket

I had some really good excuses, but none of their excuses to get out of it fit into my criteria. The next option was court, which I wasn't about to do.

We use a ticket attorney for speeding tickets, but honestly for a $35 parking ticket it's cheaper just to pay the fine...there are signs posted all over Mizner regarding the meters...sorry you got a ticket..I park in the garage when with my husband or valet when meeting my friends...

Just pay it, not worth the trouble to fight it. I usually park in the garage at Mizner and I usually use Valet if I go to The Breakers or place that offer it as the only option, I don't typically like using valet, doesn't suit my healthy/active lifestyle nor do I want any valet attendents to get any Ferris Bueller's Day Off ideas with my car.

Guess What
I got another ticket, sort of
I somehow ended up on the toll road to Sawgrass Mills yesterday and didn't want to get off on Lyons Road, or thought if I was in that lane I'd have to get off. Well, that was where you paid your $1 toll. I ended up in the Sun Pass lane. Stupid me waves thinking the camera is like showing me and I wanted to look my best
Well the good news is the Sun Pass is in my contract and I will be charged $3 instead of $1.
