Hello,

I recently accepted a job in Palm Beach Gardens and will be moving to the area the first week of January. My boyfriend and I are 22...we're not "partiers" but we do enjoy going out once and while. We are looking for a safe, clean and affordable place to live. I don't mind if it's in WPB, PBG or Jupiter. We also have a cat so it has to be pet-friendly. I'd like to pay, at most, $1000 a month and have it include some sort of amenity (basic cable, water, etc.). I know this might be a long shot. A co-worker suggested a realtor who told me Downtown WPB would be the best option. I know the condos there are pricey. But I'd be willing to consider them if they come with some sort of utility.

If anyone can help me out, it'd be much appreciated! Everything is happening fast and I am stressed about finding a place to live. Thank you!

we just moved here tooo!!!! i would just do research on any relators online and just call and contact them and they will help you and find you places, thats your best bet...we are looking as well in palm beach gardens and in jupiter! i think those two are the safest, if ur going to go to west palm beach u have to go near downtown and clematis street thats the "safest" and nicest areas but also get ready to spend a little more than 1,000 dollars! Good luck let me know how it goes!

If anyone says a place is safe, run. No one can promise safe. If they do i have some swampland for sale in vegas. God i hate those craigslist ads that say their place is safe. So you pick a place called safe area near downtown wpb, and you are robbed at gunpoint while going to dinner. Go ahead, sue the realtor that said it was safe, no one can or should say that. They should at most give you links to crime stats for the area and let you decide. Clematis street safe? Hahahaha

Take a look at Legacy Place in PBG rentals for a 2/2 are around 12-1400 but that includes water and I think basic cable. Good size units too.
You'll need to find a realtor that does rentals or find the owners # on one of the websites.

I looked at a rental off pga which were really nice and in a great location. San ___ forgot name. I think their 2/2 were less than $1400 and they were really nice. Forgetting the name now.

There's five to six places available in Fiore right now which is off of Military just South of Donald Ross.
You can get a 2/1 there for 1050.
Nice complex, good location

Thanks, everyone. Tried Fiore. The landlord gave it to someone else. Tried a unit at San Matera. It rented as soon as it got on the market. This is going to be very difficult!
