Hello,

I want to apologize in advance if this is not the right place for this question.
I currently renting in Boynton, family of 3.

I moved from NJ 2 years ago so I don't know much about this region.
I decided it is time to buy so I'm looking for a 4/2 or 3/2 plus loft, with reasonable yard, in the low 300s.

Good schools is a decision factor to me.
I was told Lake Charleston (Lake Worth) is a great place to live (I drive by its gate every day on my way to work but didn't know the place exist).

I looked and it is in fact a great place surrounded by A rated schools but not that easy to find what I'm looking for in there.

Can anyone tell me about similar places? I could definitely use some suggestions.
Basically good place to raise a family, good schools and easy commute to Wellington.

Thanks in advance.

Lake Charleston would be good, you can probably find something in Wellington as well but it's a little higher price point.
The Boynton area West off of Gateway could also work

Lake Charleston is not a gated community, so not sure how you drive past the gate. It is a decent community with good schools and the homes are older in their with a lot need updating. I would keep it on your list.

Also not sure about skylinet's comment on "The Boynton area West off of Gateway could also work" as gateway runs east and west so there is no west of Gateway. I am assuming he means west of Jog.

For your budget other than Lake Charleston there is some non hoa communities in Wellington like Sugar Pond. You als ohave HOA communities with low HOA fees like Emerald Forest and Meadowland Cove. Another one would be Farmington AKA Whitehorse estates.

Just keep in mind finding a 4/2 or 3/2 with a loft for low 300's with a nice yard will be a challenge unless is needs work or is outdated. Mid 300's will work for sure.

I ma not a realtor but here is a few current listings. I own a bunch of homes in the area that I rent so I know the area very well. The below all fit your criteria pretty much and all in good areas.

1290 Snowbell Pl Wellington, FL 33414 $274,000 - Emerald Forest Bedrooms:4 Bathrooms:2 bank owned needs some work but a great deal

10435 Little Mustang Way Lake Worth, FL 33449 -$317,500 4 bedrooms! 2.5 baths this in in Thoroughbred Lakes nice gated community off 441 close to Lantana

7075 Michigan Isle Rd Lakeworth, FL 33467 $320,000 Lake Charleston 4 bedrooms! 2.5 baths

13692 Carlton St Wellington, FL 33414 $324,900 Greenview Shores 4 bedrooms 2 baths

1844 S Club Dr Wellington, FL 33414 $334,9004 bedrooms! 2.5 baths Lakefield Of The Landings - This has one of the best school district in Welington with Binks Forest

3779 Woods Walk Blvd Lake Worth, FL 33467 $329,999 Woods Walk community 4 bedrooms 2 baths

7336 Ashley Shores Cir Lakeworth, FL 33467 $339,900 Lake Charleston 4 bedrooms! 3 full baths

there are a few others . If you need a good local real estate agent, let me know as I know several in the area who are really good. best to have someone who knows the area well as there are some areas to avoid. The 2 I show above in Lake Charleston is the only ones listed under $340,000 with 4 bedroom or 3/2 with a loft
