Does the ocean in WPB look the same as it does in Miami? Or is it slightly dulled in color from the more northern location?

For some reason when I think of the neon like Miami waters, I don't think that of WPB.

Miami's water and beaches are nicer. Doesn't mean that Palm Beach's are bad (and infact, I think Juno/Jupiter has an excellent beach with beautiful water), but I think the neon blue/clear water is more prevalent in Miami Beach.

It depends on the day, the depth, the current, rainfall and wind direction. I've seen some absolutely stunning bright blue water in Palm Beach, and some dark water in the Keys.

Everything north of Hollywood Beach and south of Miami Beach loses the CONSISTENT "neon" color, however I think on a good day, you can see it as far north as Cocoa Beach. However, it seems like the strip between Hollywood and Miami Beach ALWAYS looks that way, even on a "bad" day.

Thanks. I figured the further south the brighter the water. Any idea why the area you mentioned is like that?

Key Biscayne's water doesn't look like Miami Beach?

What they said.

I have pictures that I took in Jupiter last March. The water was a very stunning blue. I was there a couple weeks ago and it wasn't quite as nice.
