Default Moving to Palm Beach Gardens any area-cool rental areas and advise...

Hi folks-

I have a job offer from hectic LA area to quieter Palm Beach Gardens and have lived in Florida so don't bother bagging about how icky it is!

Anyway, I will be working as an interior designer in PBG and will buy a condo next year, but in the meantime, where is an interesting area to rent no farther than 15-20 min from Riverside Drive near Burns Road.

My idea of a great place to live is in and around nature with great views of wildlife, water, etc.I like swimming, walking quiet beaches and biking in my neighborhood...a long bike path would be super! I saw the JD McArthur State Park which will be right up my alley.

I lived in Seaside-Blue Mountain Beach Florida in the NW PanHandle and loved it.

Any happy ideas?

JH

Maybe the beach area is a good bet for you. Check out Juno Beach rentals, or maybe even North Singer Island (which both would be close to JD MacArthur State Park).

I'm not sure what your price range is though! You can get 2 bedroom condos and townhomes in Juno Beach for about $1200/month. Older ones for a bit less.

Juno: west palm beach craigslist > apts/housing for rent: search for "Juno Beach"

Singer Island: west palm beach craigslist > apts/housing for rent: search for "Singer Island"

(Just remember the rule with Singer Island: The further NORTH, the better, both for commute to Burns Rd, and the further you are from Riviera Beach, the better!)
