Doesnt look like it. I browsed their website, they have an application for service animals, in it, they mention a no pet policy though they have to allow service animals. I'm guessing your cat is not a service animal, knowing cats, you are in service to it, lol. Best to call and check to confirm though. I couldn't live there, looks pretty but my pets are family!

They have a no pets policy, but in recent years, it seems to be much more lenient. I don't know if it's because of the economy, and they are more willing to take people in with pets or if people are getting around the rules somehow (e.g. a "service" animal might be providing comfort to the elderly - maybe it's necessary for emotional or mental state). We were there last week visiting my folks, and there were definitely people walking dogs. My parents have mentioned several times that there are many more pets there in the last few years. If I were you, I'd talk to a knowledgeable Realtor and as many people as you can that live there. And walk around the complex and see for yourself. Good luck!

Well my parents got into trouble because we had our doggie in the Car to drop something off and they told us NO DOGS ALLOWED that is the rule and dont you know it the landlord was notified we weren't even going to take the Dog out of the Car and mind you he is 10 lbs...So please make sure you have a realtor that knows the CURRENT HOA rules...
