will you buy in orlando or west palm beach? (renters, mortgage)

hi,

i am deciding between buying something that doesn't cost an arm and a leg in orlando or west palm beach. i want to buy it and rent it out for the next 5 years to cover my mortgage cost, then after 5 years i will like to enjoy it. also in between looking for a renter, i will like to enjoy it. we are a family of 5; we are looking at a 2bed/2bath, but we can forgo that and go for a 1 bed PRIME location.

basically we want a place that will ATTRACT renters ANYTIME. Is Orlando the place to be and are these areas good: WESTPOINTE, KIRKMAN, VILLA RIDGE DR.

and in west palm beach we are looking around Evernia St and around the city place.

what will you advice, thanks for your suggestions.

First of all, there is such a huge difference between living in Orlando as compared to West Palm, it's almost not worth comparing. Even the climates are different between the two.

Second, a family of 5 in a one bedroom?? Can't imagine that regardless of how PRIME the location is.

Sounds like an odd scenario without more background.

yes a family of 5 in a 1 bedroom vacation home. it is a temporary home. we are not from florida, i forgot to mention.

so where are the good areas?
