Is anyone familiar with the developments of PGA in palm beach gardens that are families and not as many seasonal renters?

TY!

Vast majority of those developments are retirees if you want families then Coral Springs, Parkland, west Boca, Weston, etc. would be better.

There are plenty of options in Gardens and Jupiter that are not retiree oriented without having to huff it to western Broward County for god's sake!

What is attracting you to PGA National specifically and maybe we can match you with a similar development that is more family oriented?

What is attracting me to the area is employment at the moment. And the location. It's a great location. I have met many people who say PGA is very family friendly, just not sure what developments they're referring to.

thanks
