I think the prices for a town home at abacoa (very nice) are about the same as renting a single family home in evergrene at the moment. Evergrene has that beautiful setting and 2 car garage and the schoolbus comes right to it.

But abacoa is so nice too. Although, attached. Need ADVICE. what do you think?

Research Evergrenes HOA fees/rules carefully. Dont think those would apply to renters, though . . .
Also, there is some train noise in some parts of Evrgrene if that might bother you.
Abacoa has the baseball field and the small faux 'downtown' area that might be appealing too, as there are car shows and other stuff like that, occasionally.

thanks, yes, no rules for renters. (? right) not really sure rules for owners either, other than same as other developments). Looking at 2 that are not near train. Same price as attached homes/ townhomes (although very nice) in abacoa.
