You're right about consistent tho

Correct me if I am wrong, but of the breakfast/lunch spots that I mentioned, only Berry Fresh is new, and they are doing exceedingly well. I failed to mention: Center St Nook, Old Dixie Café, Jims Place, Natures Way, Logger Head, Royal Café, and I am certain many more that I am too lazy to research. I am pretty sure every one of them closes after lunch.
Suzy Q and Berry are less than 1 yr old. Berry location has been 4/5 different restaurants in 10 years from pizza to Mexican. Loggerhead is on the beach, built in market there even if food is marginal. Customers of Nook, Old Dixie and Jim's wouldn't even try a Greek Diner even if you had a NASCAR race car in the foyer and rebel flags flying on the building.

Old Lighthouse Diner was there for decades and it closed 3+ years ago with nothing opening in its place which is at US1/Beach road.

I still think you need to be on PGA to be successful......

I thought Suzy Qs just relocated from another spot in Jupiter?

You cracked me up with the NASCAR comment

You may be right, but id still like to see somebody try. Especially considering that it wont be me risking my investment dollars

Wanted to give a shout out to "Time to Eat Diner". If you are from up North, you will love this place. Closest thing to a Jersey diner we've found. While the food would not be "Zagat" rated, if you want a late night grilled cheese & fries or some authentic Polish food, check it out! Great people working there too. Very friendly.

Yeah but if you are out dining late beware of the fine officers of Tequesta PD lurking around......4 sq mile town with cameras, 9 cops, 2 radar units and probably 3 unmarked units....

Years ago that was a Denny's, then another place and now Time to Eat.....not sure how a Denny's fails but doesn't give huge hope to these other places.

Don't really miss 'em. There are alternatives that I actually like more, only problem being that they're not open 24/7.
