Next to that is the Cordova 4 which is 2448 under a/c for 299,900.

We went to tour the models back when they had the grand opening, the homes are lovely if you like living on postage stamps.

We are waiting for the crash to continue and buy a lovely home on 1.5 acres for under 200K.
Smart move SKB, prices are still falling and falling hard. I am waiting too as many thousands of others are as well. Homes need to be AFFORDABLE again.....and the prices still are not for the masses.

I have to ask what makes you say Minto is an "excellent builder"?? I beg to differ. My dad did work for them in the past and he said they were absolutely terrible in their quality - and they didn't care when something was pointed out - just slap it up. Personally, I recently rented a condo at their Artesia development in Sunrise. It was a brand-new condo, never lived in. The ceiling wasn't even square - the chandelier would hang to the side. The carpeting in the dining room would get wet after a hard rain because they didn't properly seal the windows outside the building. The a/c was always shutting down; the dishwasher fell right out of the granite countertop; the kitchen cabinets started to warp after about a month of living there; the slats in the closet door fell out for no reason; after a few weeks of moving in a black mold spot appeared on the wall behind the toilet, etc.
Needless to say, Minto has beautiful, spacious floorplans and wonderful elevations and landscaping. However, whatever the price I would not buy a home from Minto because I have no confidence in their quality.
