Hello,

I'm looking into moving to Jupiter next month, is there any areas to stay away from?

I'm very interested in living at a place called Riverwalk (Riverwalk H.O.A. - Jupiter, Florida - Welcome to your Riverwalk Connection - Home) does anyone have any information about this area?

Thanks!

Jupiter is a decent place to live overall. I'm new to the area and live in Palm Beach Gardens. I don't think you could go too wrong with either city.

Jupiter is a great town but it does have a couple of questionable spots. I grew up right around the area your talking about and have a couple of friends that live in Riverwalk. The neighborhood itself is not to bad. However I hear as I am in the property managment buisness and my company used to manage that property that the association has trouble paying the bills on time. Some thing you might want to look into if your buying.

Riverwalk is close to publix, winn dixie, wal mart. A lot of little strip malls. Theres great parks close by. Its about 5 minutes away from the beach but far enough to where your not in a evacuation zone in case of a storm.

If you have kids that will be attending schools them elementary is Limestone which back in my day wasn't too great. Then its Jupiter middle and Jupiter High which is the typical schools with not great problems except for overcrowding issues.

Umm what else.. Well if you have any questions let me know. Born in and raised and one of the few natives left of that area.

Thanks for the information I'm coming down tomorrow to take a look. No kids so schools are not a big deal. We lived in West Palm Beach last year and we are just looking for a better area so we don't have to watch drug deals and fights every night.
What are some of the areas to stay away from in Jupiter?

Thanks!

Umm well there are the number streets I would stay away from, umm anything behind the mcdonalds on idiantown rd as you come off 95 or the turnpike. Mallards cove/ or shell trace.

Jupiter village is a pretty nice place to live which is off toney penna drive. As is Indian creek. Also some nice areas north on central blvd. The shores ect.. If your looking for something with some land Jupiter Farms can be nice but pricey. Chasewood is ok and thats south on central.

Really you can pretty much tell when you drive around which areas are better then others.
