Any insight into this development. Think it was built in the early 90's. Flying down in a couple of weeks and wanted to know if it would be worth my time looking at some of the houses for sale.

Thank you,

It's a safe neighborhood in West Boynton in an area with lots of old (and predominately Jewish) people. It's a great place to live if you're retired but if you want some of the action I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Thank you,
I have a couple of friends who used to work there - they are realtors. I believe the development is new. It is very nice, but high priced in a bad market. They haven't sold a house there in 2 years so maybe they are willing to negotiate.

Smile Boynton Waters

I have a friend there with her family. They live on a lake in the newer section. She likes it. She is not Jewish and seems to fit in well.

Thanks all. There is the Waters and the West Waters, with the West side being double the price and newer. This is not a 55+ development, so is it safe to assume that there are more families with children. Also, being built in the early 90's, I suspect every other house is not vacant or under foreclosure

If you have a family I'd suggest another area, this section of West Boynton is boring as hell and is filled with mostly retired people/senior citizens.

Why are there so many miserable arrogant Jews in South Florida?
