Hey everyone,
I'm trying to seek out some new condos in Palm Beach County. Anybody know of anything new that are currently selling? I'm interested in anything on the water, or places in Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter or Juno Beach.

Thanks!

Most beachfront condos in that area aren't new, if they are they are fairly expensive. Alot of them have been remodeled though. There are nice newer properties in the Gardens/Jupiter area depending on what price range/size you are looking for. That would only be a short drive to the beach.
Realtor.com is a great site to use, the only problem is it isn't updated as to whether or not there is an offer on the property. But it will give you a good idea of what is available. You can use my website if you like for a more accurate search. Troy Langan
There's some great values out there right now.

If you're new to the area, you might not know about the big problem with Chinese Drywall yet. Just be careful because there's a high possibility that new condos in South Florida have the toxic Chinese Drywall.

If you want to know more you can message my privately or you can google it. I happen to be affected by it myself unfortunately. :-/
