Need to be in A schools in Boca
gated community rental would be best for now. Any advice on complexes to look at? I don't know where to begin. Are there any parents in Boca schools on this board and can recommend 'areas' zoned for elementary A schools?
Thanks all.

are any of the elementary schools in boca not "a" schools? I think you are ok all over. most of the gated communities are west of 95.
School Locator
that will show you the districts, then go to the citydata data for the school to get more specific info

we live in Boca Falls, its gated and guard mantained on both entrances...A rated schools, Waters Edge let me say, very very happy with so far...West Boca High School im extremely happy with as well...We love living here we have made really nice friends, we love the ammenities here.....tons and Tons of kids of all ages...We also love our location
good luck with your search..in West boca there arent alot of Gated Communities zoned for Waters Edge..Sandpiper Shores is also Excellent A rated Elem School....and Loggers Run Middle...u can check Island Lakes (loggers Run) not sure what is available but its gated with the A rated schools mentioned above...and then Boca Falls..there is also Ventura in Mission Bay that is also gated and very nice community, and goes to the schools listed above...
Good luck

I think the only elementary school in West Boca that isn't A rated is Coral Sunset.

I live in Boca though have no kids. I dealt with a realtor both times and that have not been good and don't follow through. It is a big hassle and am not going to rent through one again. It was basically the only way cause I was clueless being from out of state. I am not saying this is all realtors but hopefully you can get a referal based on good work from someone. How much you are willing to spend and how many bedrooms. Have you looked on realtor.com?Do you want a condo, home, apt?

I want to spend no more than $1400 for 2 bedrooms. As I try to look on realtor.com, I'm not sure which 'area' for schools, etc. I, like you, am out of state , trying to dothis.
And yes, a condo, apt . for now, definetly renting for a year or so.

Boca Del Mar area, 33433, seems like a good choice, also 33431, in your price range. If you go up to 1600+ then 33498 is also great for schools, it seems. If you would like to be closer to the beach and give up the gated route there are some things in 33432, as well, and 33486, that are pretty nice.

the area across the bridge from the boca beach club just south of the boca inlet is a good value apartment neighborhood, good schools, across from beach in your range. the beach is more polluted but the air is great. Boca View is a good one, secured lobby, 1400 sq ft. apartments. practically next to Boca Resort. No gates, though.

Now I don't know about schools but some places I was suggested are Boca Teeca,Boca Point,Boca West Country Club. I also heard about St Andrews and I think Broken Sound. If you go on these websites they should state the schools. Trust me I know how hard it is looking from out of state. Many offer furnished rentals. That is what I did.
