I'm relocating to Florida from Ohio and am interested in purchasing a home in Wellington Shores. I've looked in several neighborhoods (Olympia, Wellington Isle, Stonehaven etc...) but really liked Wellington Shores. I like that it is a small subdivision with only about 200 homes and currently only 3-5 houses on the market. Also, like that fact that I can easily get on the turnpike via Lake Worth Rd.

Any information any can provide about Wellington Shores would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

The smaller pre-boom neighborhoods have held their value a little better than some of the bigger boom time neighborhoods. According to the tax records/comps there hasn't been much short sale/foreclosure activity in there. Usually a very good sign.
There's only two homes on the market in there right now without offers compared to some of the other neighborhoods you mentioned with a glut of inventory. They go very quickly when priced right.
