I kind of doubt it if it was in 2007, you can get pretty good deals on land in wv, probably better then that. Try using Find Real Estate, Homes for Sale & Houses for Rent on REALTOR.com - Realtor.com® and do a search for just land, you will find a lot of great deals in this economy.
