If I buy a lot in WV and park a fully elf contained camper on it,Do I have to have a septic installed before they will hook electric up?

Not sure but you might be able to find what you are looking for on the DHHR website. If you can't find it there, give them a call.

You could have a 1,000 gallon holding tank installed and pumped out when full.
Rules vary county by county.

Camping trailers follow a different criteria from house trailers.

You probably will want to keep it on its wheels, not a foundation, so it at least looks like a camping trailer.

And if you have a holding tank, think about what you're going to do to keep it from freezing in the winter.

aLOT OF PEOPLE IN wva TOLD ME THAT i WOULD HAVE TO HAVE A SEPTIC TANK INSTALLED.I called health department,they tol me that not from there end but the electric company would require something stating where I was dumping my tank.I called the electric company and they said that they didnt need anything that it would be up to the enviromentalist at the health dept,so who knows?

At this point, I think the typical WV reaction would be to park the camper, hook your drain to whatever you were planning to use, and see if anybody complains.
