Town suggestions - work in Grand Central (NYC) and Teaneck (NJ) (Dobbs Ferry: rental, safe area)

Please provide town suggestions given my situation. Thanks!

1. Budget $2500 - $3000 per month rent
2. Min 3 bed 2 bath
3. Need to commute to both Grand Central (NYC) and Teaneck (NJ) which is where my clients are and prefer to keep commute to less than 1 hour for both
4. Will be looking to drive to Teaneck and take public transportation to Grand Central
5. Good school district (elementary) and safe areas must

It is much easier to get to Teaneck via the Henry Hudson Parkway, so areas along the Saw Mill would be slightly easier than having to traverse the county to get to the Saw Mill/Henry Hudson. I would take a look at Hastings and Dobbs Ferry that should have some rental options in your preferred price range, though there would not be a huge variety from which to choose. Both are communities that offer good schools and relatively easy commutes to both work sites.
