Looking for a real estate agent operating in Upstate New York [ Rockland, Orange & Westchester County ] who offers Buyer's Agent Commission Rebates.

Agents who have strong opinions against this model, with all due respect please do not respond. This model worked well for us when we bought our first house and our agent offered us this rebate. We worked hard in researching and analyzing various cities, areas and properties and our agent worked for us in negotiating and doing the paper work. Do not want to pay premium for "served on a platter" service but interested in partnering to find the best deal.

Not totally clear on what you're looking for but I believe Redfin agents offer a commission rebate; I iknow they list in Westchester.
