Hi! I've just moved around from Europe and I would need some help on how to travel 2-3 days per week to NY, about parking to the Scarsdale train station. Thank you!

Short drive up the Bronx River Parkway north to the County Center parking lot in White Plains might be worth considering. I think parking there is ~$7/day.
