Tuckahoe Coop (Eastchester, Scarsdale: train station, station, area)

I've been looking for a Coop in Westchester and wondered if Tuckahoe was a good choice. Does anyone have any suggestions for other areas? Want to be no more than half hour away from the city. I want a bright 2 bdrm apt. that is less than 200K. Am I delusional?? Would appreciate some suggestions. Thanks!

Did you look at all of the Co-Ops on Garth Road which are technically in Eastchester (even though they are right next to the train station and town area of Scarsdale).

I think all of these are definitely higher than 200k though. I believe most 2br's are closer to 300k.
