I understand there are vortex locations in and around Asheville and WNC.
Does anyone know the locations?
Has anyone been to any of these vortex locations?
If so, what, if anything, have you experienced?
Thanks and good day!

hahaha - if people think we have any in NC I haven't heard of it. The only place I know of with these is new-age Sedona, Arizona. However, I did find this article that might help you:
My son just heard about this the first time in a college class today from a 29 year old fellow student. Are there people out there that are that gullable? What in the world are people getting sucked in on. This new age hocus pocus is a bunch of bunk-beware!

Yeah, that is off of "Swami Nostradamus Virato's page. What a load of BS, sorry. Is that guy still around? Used to see him in his "costume" in downtown Asheville.

Good to know this is all a bunch of nonsense! Though the idea of a vortex is kinda interesting...
SteelCityGirl - in all seriousness, beautiful places like Asheville just make people feel good. Supposedly, all that quartz in the mountains give off "negative ions" or something, or are magnetically charged, don't know if there is truth to that or not, but as I said, people tend to like places of great beauty. People love to be near mountains or beaches, etc. Water gives off negative ions, too, which is another reason people are drawn to the water. So while there may not actually be a "vortex", there are reasons why people are drawn to an area, and usually it is easy to see, since they are beautiful places.
