Hi there. I am in Florida, Brevard Co. where medical jobs are non existent. There has been a hiring freeze here for over 3 years. I wonder if anyone is a sonographer up in Asheville and what the job martket for this is like. I have already subscribed to the email job hits and see that the Mission Health system is hiring a lot for all medical. I may need to drop everything, load a truck and leave this horrible county if I could just be sure that Asheville has more hope for me. I am saving my cash for such a decision. I know that leaving without a job in place is risky, but short of hiring freezes, do I have a chance up there? (I am not in a position to fly out there for interviews.)
Thank you very much for your kind thoughts.
